In this episode of The Struggling Entrepreneur, we present an interview with Marc Miller, a new Small Business owner who is providing the value of CAREER DESIGN. This value to his customers comes from Marc’s own experiences, after having changed careers six times since 1978. He draws upon his education, training, coaching and the creation of offerings to assist other aspiring small business owners in making career changes to follow passion while enjoying life and success.

His new firm of Marc Miller Associates is promoting his latest venture on the web site at http://www.MyCareer4MyLife.com:

As you will hear in this audio episode interview, Marc has discovered that entrepreneurs need to invest in education, self-awareness, possible mentoring and coaching. Having been educated as an engineer, he firmly believes in making the Business Plan a living document that needs updating periodically.

Although his long-term goal is to be a motivational speaker and coach, he has already found the first elements of success in getting paid customers by word-of-mouth alone (even though he did no marketing and had no web site at that time).

Marc’s belief in giving to others while expecting nothing in return is a proof-of-concept that can lead to success in relationship marketing.  Marc also indicates that his real “hobby” is networking.
