In this episode of The Struggling Entrepreneur, we present an interview with Adrian Dayton, who is a current practicing attorney in the field of Corporate Law. However, Adrian has also been an entrepreneur on his own account prior to his study of law and his recent entry into his career in the legal field. Adrian has had success in several industries, especially in negotiating big deals since 2001 with Asian offshore firms.

However, as you will hear in this audio episode, Adrian’s passion is in Sales — which he clearly states is one of the most important skill sets for the Entrepreneur. In addition, the old values that help to create and sustain successful businesses have made him create the equivalent of his own “mastermind group.” Couple this with a book that he is writing to highlight these themes, Adrian now finds himself as a soon-t0-be author for extolling the system and process steps of returning to the true virtues:

With his legal career and occupation to enhance his business and economic skills, Adrian seems well positioned to keep on networking, investigating, and pursuing the “right opportunity” that he will follow as an entrepreneur. His target will be when, as he stated, he will be the one to make the mega-million-dollar deals and be a successful small business owner once again–but this time, controlling his own destiny.

This does not, however, deter Adrian from enjoying his life with his family (and prevents him from being totally consumed by the legal career or the small business world).
